Our labor force is trained through documented apprenticeship programs where workers learn trade related tasks and safety procedures in both field and classroom settings. Upon completion of an apprenticeship workers continue to advance their skill and knowledge of construction and safety techniques both on-site and with continuing education opportunities such as Fall Protection Training, Tool Safe Use Training and Lift Certification.
In addition, all Strauser Construction Co., Inc. employed field personnel are required to take part in a random drug testing program and review company safety procedures on a regular basis.
Strauser Construction Co., Inc. employs office staff that is experienced in project management, cost estimating, scheduling and the daily coordination required with field supervision to complete projects both large and small. The Strauser Construction Co. office staff utilizes the most current estimating, project management, accounting, drafting and modeling software available to streamline project efficiency.
Strauser Construction Co., Inc. also employs LEED AP staff to work with Owners and Architects when sustainable design and construction techniques are employed on a project.
