Construction Co., Inc. has completed the construction of two mid-rise construction projects on Dunn Street located just one block from Indiana University before the start of the fall semester. The completion of the BBC mixed-use retail/residential building, a 4 level project was completed via design-build delivery. The 3 story residential building next door at 424 6th street was completed under a CM At-risk contract in just over 5 months.
